Dear colleague,
In response to an unprecedented increase in secondary traumatic stress, compassion fatigue, depression, anxiety, and burnout among healthcare professionals, an 8-week stress reduction program has been designed for you. The practices are based on the principles of mindfulness-based stress reduction in order to reduce the perceived relationship to secondary traumatic stress.
Each week a themed-based mindfulness minute practice will be posted here along with the post-practice self-check-in, an opportunity to develop self-reflection and add to empirical data.
These practices are free and you can keep coming back as often as you like by using this site.
